"The bed was not very comfortable - lumpy. The sheets were thin and flimsy - all polyester and no cotton. The shower never did get warm enough to be comfortable. A $1.00 charge for a safe was automatically put on the bill and if I had not asked to have it removed because I didn't use the safe, I would have had to pay it. What's next? Charging everyone for a minibar up front and then having to prove you didn't use it? I was offended by the safe issue."
