"The bed was way to hard and the pillows were too soft. We had to fold them in order to sleep. There were only packets of shampoo where the three of us had to share two packs. There were only two bath towles for the three of us. When your reservation is for three adults, there should be three of everything. I shouldn't have had to pay to just reserve a room either. I won't reserve a room again off the enternet if there is a fee. Also,the air conditioner unit was full of dirt in the vents."
